I run. Husband mountain bikes. Looking for trails where he can ride with climbs and descents and I can go off and take a long relatively flat run. Any ideas? We did Little Bennett on Sunday and it was perfect!

Loved Common Market! With no Whole Foods, Fresh Market or Trader Joe's, this definitely hits the spot. Any other similar grocery stores in Frederick that I still don't know about?

Where do you buy fresh seafood in Frederick? I was looking at the Common Market's Web site and they have some beautiful pics, is it a good place to buy? Any other places? Thanks!
It was packed! We live downtown and got tired of the crowds quickly. But I hope the merchants got lots of business too! I've noticed a lot of stores closing up shop. :(
@Bill A coffee cart/pastry cart is a fabulous idea. Why aren't any of the nearby coffee shops open by the time the last train leaves?

@Liz I ran through a 4-way stop because I simply could not brake. Yikes! Luckily there was no one else moving. The roads ARE terrible. But go for a walk instead, downtown is BEAUTIFUL! :)
@Monica Eek. When we tried Hinode it was the most un-fresh fish I've ever tried! Maybe it was a bad night? The rolls also felt a bit uninspired and were way overpriced. I'm from Louisiana, maybe I was spoiled with fresh seafood? But it seems like being so close to water here in Maryland, we wouldn't have that problem. Sigh. :)
